"I wanted to celebrate turning 50, by giving myself beautiful boudoir photos. And to remind myself that age, is just a state of mind. Outside of that, I didn’t have any other reasons for the photos, and I did feel like I needed to justify it. Angie encourages us to enjoy these photos for ourselves first, which made me feel more comfortable doing something so special, just for me!

I usually don't like having my picture taken, but I had already worked with Angie quite a few times prior to my boudoir session: family photos, daughters' high school senior photos, and professional headshots (we were able to sneak in a couple updated ones right before starting my boudoir session too!).

Angie is always positive and full of enthusiasm. She always sets me at ease quickly, and I feel relaxed every time I work with her. She always finds a way to make the process fun and enjoyable.

We had a blast. I loved that I could let go of my inhibitions and feel like a supermodel all day! (Not to mention, I extended my getaway overnight and enjoyed breakfast in the morning too!) We shot indoors and outdoors - being outside in February in Northern California at dusk and FREEZING, and my photos look like I am relaxed and at ease - Angie is good at talking you through it all.
